* If you have any problem with your order, do not hesitate to contact us. If it is an error on our part or a defective item, we will pay your costs of returning it to us and cover the cost of sending the correct item to you. If it is your error, you will be charged those costs.
* If for any reason you are unhappy with an item purchased from What a Bam Bam, you can return it to us in its original condition within 10 days of the date you place the order. Items should be returned unworn in their original packaging. All tags and labels must be intact. We will issue a full refund for the price you paid for it but you will pay the costs in returning the item to us.
